Healthy butterfingers? Yes, please!

Today I am guesting posting on this blog!
My sister, Claire is so sweet and wanted to share with everyone a recipe that I've become obsessed with...homemade healthy butterfingers. They come from here but I made my own version of them sugar-free so Claire, who is hypoglycemic, would be able to eat them. Check it out!
